The EOP PCC Office (CBK PAN), in cooperation with University of Alicante and GFZ in Potsdam, plans to organize 2nd EOP PCC Workshop No. 2. The aim of the conference is to summarize the course of the campaign, present the results and discuss next steps.
The Workshop will be organized in hybrid form: onsite in Alicante and online.
We invite all interested parties (and not only the EOP PCC participants and members of the Working Group) to take part in the Workshop and submit abstracts. We welcome all topics related to determinations, analyses, and predictions of EOP, as well as discussions on reference solutions for EOP prediction validation, effective angular momentum analyses, and other topics that you consider relevant. A separate session dedicated to discussion and feedback from participants and members of the Working Group is also planned.
2nd EOP PCC Workshop No. 2 will take place on March 1–3, 2023.

Abstract submission
There is no abstract submission fee.
We kindly ask to submit abstracts of the presentations using abstract submission form.
The abstract submission deadline is 31 January 2023 10 February 2023.
Following information should be included in the abstract: title of presentation, author(s), affiliation(s) of author(s), and abstract text. The abstract body should have 100–500 words. Please do not include figures and equations in the abstract text. Abstract should be submitted via abstract submission form by main author. In individual cases abstracts might be also submitted by email. Each author can submit more than one abstract.
Please note that submission of an abstract does not mean registration for the Workshop. To participate in the Workshop, one needs to register via separate registration form, which can be found here.

The meeting will be held via the WebEx.
Links to the meeting for on-line attendees will be sent shortly before the meeting (Monday/Tuesday).
WebEx will be open 30 minutes before sessions to allow remote attendees to check their connection.
Wednesday: there are two separate meeting links: one for session before lunch break (Session 1: 11:00-12:15) and one for session after lunch break (Session 2: 13:30-15:10)
Thursday: there is one link for all sessions (Session 3: 09:00-10:40, Session 4: 11:10-12:50)
Friday: there is one link for all sessions (Session 5: 10:00-10:50, Session 6: 11:20-13:00)
Important information for presenters
The length for each presentation is 25 min (20 min for presentation and 5 min for connection of remote presenters and for questions).
We recommend remote presenters to send presentation slides to the EOP PCC office (eoppcc[at]cbk.waw.pl) in .pptx or .pdf format no later than the day before the presentation. We will allow authors to share the screen, but in the event of technical problems, we will be able to display previously received slides.

Contact data of the participants of the 2nd EOP PCC Workshop No. 2 (i.e. names and email addresses) will be used only by Workshop organizers to plan the conference and will not be publicly available or shared with third parties.
